Modern Luxury Villa – Chenaran, Damavand
This 780 sqm luxury villa, located in Chenaran, Damavand, was designed and executed as a fully modern architectural project over a two-year period. My involvement covered the entire process, including architectural design, conceptual development, interior and exterior visualization, landscape design, architectural planning, Phase 1 and Phase 2 construction documents, and project execution supervision.
The villa is organized across three levels and features two spacious master suites, two guest bedrooms, and a large terrace overlooking the landscaped garden and swimming pool. The design emphasizes clean lines, contemporary aesthetics, expansive glazing, and a seamless connection between indoor and outdoor spaces.
The lower-ground level includes dedicated recreational areas for children, storage facilities, and technical rooms. A rooftop garden provides additional outdoor living space with panoramic views of the surrounding landscape.
Premium materials and high-end finishes were carefully selected throughout the project to ensure durability, elegance, and comfort. Advanced building systems, including underfloor heating, modern cooling solutions, and a fully integrated swimming pool system, were incorporated to achieve the highest standards of luxury living.
This project represents a complete modern architectural experience, combining sophisticated design, functional planning, and meticulous execution to create a timeless residential environment
